COVID-19 information and updates to 3Shape`s customers and partners

The Coronavirus spread continues to impact us all. At 3Shape, we will continue to monitor the situation closely and adapt to developments. Our priorities are clear. We are taking all necessary precautions to keep our employees, customers and their dental patients safe. As a global healthcare company, we take this responsibility very seriously.

The crisis has thrown dental professionals worldwide into uncharted waters. 3Shape will carry on serving our customers through this difficult period so that doctors and labs can continue to treat their patients to the extent possible in their region. We persist to engage with dental professionals and produce products they need. There will also come a time after Coronavirus – hopefully soon. We want to do all we can to ensure that our customers and partners are well-prepared to get back on track when that day comes.

In these challenging times, we want to thank our partners and employees for their responsible efforts, dedication and support. We appreciate it. For all dental professionals, patients, their families and friends, we hope you too are safe and healthy. And in the very near future, we can all get back to changing dentistry together.

We have adjusted many of our work practices in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The safety of our associates

In the countries we operate, we are strictly adhering to local health and safety advice as well as taking additional steps on our own to support authorities’ initiatives to mitigate the spread of the virus in all we do.

Continued supply of 3Shape solutions

We have focused on maintaining the administrative and production functions necessary to ensure that dental professionals can still get the scanners and software they need to treat their patients. Software upgrades are supplied as normal. Delivery of scanners can involve a slightly extended lead time.
