Mandible full-arch restoration with monolithic restoration on six implants using a completely digital approach

The 45-year old patient described in this report had his maxilla restored previously with a full-arch metal-ceramic bridge on 6 implants, the restoration of the patient’s mandible is presented in the current report.

  • PMMA 3D printed. PMMA prototype 3D-printed to verify functional and aesthetic parameters and also allow for any adjustments prior to the fabrication of the final restoration.

  • Benefit of full digital workflow for the lab. Fully digital (model-free) approach for the laboratory is time efficiency and accuracy of fit of the prepared restoration.
