Our new channel allows you to send your ideas as soon as they hit you – in the office, on the train – while using your PC, tablet or smart phone. Our product experts will read and consider all incoming ideas and requests. We will use the information to improve our products and services, and selected ideas will find their way into our development planning. We are open to all kinds of feedback – comments about the system, improvement suggestions, and ideas for new workflows, indications, functionality or features. Naturally, our most valuable and enjoyable way to get ideas still comes through personal contact. 3Shapes dental experts continually stay in touch with professional colleagues in the industry – evaluating solution options together with them, often during the development process. Over the years, we have additionally devised a range of alternative feedback channels such as:

• Integrated reporting functionality in Dental System: for questions or issues that pop up as you work. In Dental System, technicians can fill out and send a feedback report directly while using the software.
• Smiley rating: When users complete a design in Dental System, they will occasionally be asked to select and send the smiley that adequately rates their experience. Smileys are reported and updated on large screens in 3Shapes development division – ensuring that our engineers are informed of the user-satisfaction levels for the systems they develop.
