PREVIEW OF THE CASE
Existing denture used to create impression tray. 3D printed copy of existing denture used as special impression tray and to record the bite.
Chair-time saved. Chair-time is saved due to the precise fit of the ‘special tray’ with little or no adjustments required.
Using printed models. The precise fit of the 3D-printed model of the opposite teeth is verified and confirms the precision of the scanned and printed model.
Creating a precise copy denture. Using the digital workflow developed by Dr. Faber, a 1:1 digital copy of the existing denture is created at the beginning of the workflow to simplify the procedure.
