Mandible full-arch restoration with monolithic restoration on six implants using a completely digital approach

The 45-year old patient described in this report had his maxilla restored previously with a full-arch metal-ceramic bridge on 6 implants, the restoration of the patient’s mandible is presented in the current report.

  • Tooth-supported surgical stent designed and milled. Tooth-supported surgical stent designed according to the virtual implant positions and a PMMA prototype prepared and milled for immediate implant loading.
