Customers must follow the established process to complete the trade and qualify for the rebate. 3Shape will review and validate each rebate submission and, upon approval, process the claim accordingly. Rebate checks will be issued directly to the customer upon receipt of the scanner and verification of the required documentation, including proof of purchase.

To qualify for this promotion in the United States (50 states), the distributor must submit a purchase order for a TRIOS 6 (item #22003200) or TRIOS 5 scanner (item #22004025) at regular distributor cost. To qualify for this promotion in Canada or Puerto Rico, the distributor must submit a purchase order for any qualifying TRIOS scanner (item #22003200, #22004025, #22004020, or #22004000) at regular distributor cost. Demo, EDU, and Special Configuration scanners are not eligible for the Trade-In Program.
