Bethany Brown is a Prosthetic and Digital Dental Technician and 3Shape Ambassador, completing her original qualification in 2018 and her Master of Science in Dental Technology in 2023.

Since her career began in 2014, she has worked in both NHS and private removable prosthetic laboratories, as well as many different speciality laboratories, including orthodontics, digital full arch, and denture clinics.

Her accolades include University guest lecturer, Den-Tech Charity volunteer and Dental Technology continued education advocate.

In 2022 Bethany launched The Party Enamel, an inclusive business that aims to encourage the development of Dental Technicians worldwide through the means of CPD courses, mentoring and webinars. She also developed, produced and runs a global Dental Technology community and mobile app called Tech Talk.

Lee is the Director of 3Shape for UK & Ireland. Lee joined 3Shape in Jan 2019. Lee is a Sales Management executive, with 28 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices & Capital Equipment Sales (CV, Analgesia, Palliative Care, Wound Care, Aesthetics, Respiratory & Dental), Training & Development and Sales Effectiveness.

Tarik Hadzibegovic is a seasoned dental industry leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning technical expertise, digital innovation, and international business leadership.

After over a decade as a dental technician specializing in dentures, implants, and ceramics, he transitioned into digital dentistry, developing advanced proficiency with systems including 3Shape, Sirona, and Sensible.

Since joining 3Shape in 2015, he has held a series of senior leadership positions, among them TRIOS Excellence Manager and Head of EMEA & APAC Design Services. In July 2025, he was appointed Director, Head of Key Accounts, Lab, where he oversees strategic partnerships and drives innovation to strengthen 3Shape’s global presence in digital dentistry.

Ashley is the associate director of Corus Byrnes Dental Laboratory, a leader in modern dental technology. Ashley qualified with a BSc(hons) degree in Dental Technology in 2000 and started his own lab with his Dad in 2006.

As early pioneers in a new digital way of working, the lab has gone from strength to strength. Ashley lectures on digital dentistry as well as building a highly motivated team, and has spoken in countries as far as the USA, India and South Africa.

He is both an ITI and the College of General Dentistry Fellow. In his spare time Ashley is a keen cook and has a smallholding for chickens and goats.

Tim Jackson is a Clinical Dental Technician with over 17 years of experience in dentistry. He also co-owns Prime Dental Laboratory Ltd based in the East Midlands.

As a Key Opinion Leader for 3shape,Tim provides training to clinicians and technicians, specialising in the use of advanced digital workflows for designing and producing high quality dental devices.

Chris has worked in 3D printing for 7 years. An engineer by trade, Chris has an understanding of the complex requirements for manufacturing and has worked with diverse companies across various sectors including Aerospace, Defence Automotive, Medical and many more.

Chris has recently jumped two footed into the Dental industry, understanding the sectors key challenges and where digital technologies can add value from both a commercial and technical perspectivity.

Chris has worked closely with Dental Labs across the North of the UK to integrate the latest Stratasys Dentajet technology as a solution for full service labs; but more notably Prosthetics over the past 12 months.
