PREVIEW OF THE CASE

  • Implant planning based on IO and CBCT data. Intraoral surface scans before and after removal of the original PFM bridge are superimposed on the CBCT scan to facilitate the planning of implant placement from a restorative perspective.
  • Surgical guide design. Planning of implant placement. A surgical guide is designed based on the desired implant position.
  • Implant fixture placement. Five implant fixtures are placed using a fully guided surgical protocol.
  • Using 3D printed temps. Healing abutments removed and second set of temporary restorations placed.
