Q: How do I log into the app?

A: When running the app for the first time, you will be asked to log in using your Apple or Google ID. This way, there is no need to create new usernames or passwords and you will stay completely anonymous.

Q: The link you sent me is not working. What do I do?

A: If you are not directed to the DentalHealth app, please try the link again. If you are still unable to download the app, make sure your device is compatible.

Q: I can't see my scans in the app.

A: If your scans do not appear in the Scan section, ensure you have an internet connection and allow a few minutes for them to load. If they still don’t show, contact your dentist to share them again.

Q: I can't find recommendations for my dental routine.

A: Go to the Routine tab and complete one of our surveys to receive tailored recommendations.

Q: Are my scans safe in your app?

A: Yes. Scans are securely stored in the app and cannot be downloaded elsewhere. You can also enable Face ID for extra protection.

Q: Who has access to my data?

A: Only you have access to the scans shared with you. Your dentist retains the original versions.

Q: What devices are compatible with the app?

A: The DentalHealth app works on Android 10+ and iOS 17.6+ devices.

Q: The app is taking a long time to load my scans.

A: Please ensure you have a stable internet connection of at least 5 Mbps.

Q: The dental camera keeps freezing. What do I do?

A: The freeze feature is intentional so you can inspect teeth at your own pace and take screenshots.
