Copenhagen, February 25, 2010 - 3Shape A/S, a global leader in 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software solutions, proudly announces the immediate availability of an integrated 3Shape software solution to run on 3D's ProJet^TM DP 3000 dental production systems, seamlessly creating a complete workflow of dental restoration design and production.

3Shape A/S will showcase this exciting joint venture at LMT Lab Days in Chicago this February. The solution incorporates 3Shape's Dental System^TM 2010 and opens a whole range of new possibilities for dental labs that want to provide full dental restoration services.

3Shape has worked closely with 3D Systems to develop, test and document the full process required to design and print production-dental-components, including optimizations to ensure that components designed in 3Shape's Dental System^TM software are printed reliably and accurately using additive manufacturing methods and techniques.

All of 3D Systems' Dental CAD/CAM Systems have been incorporated into 3Shape's CAMBridge manufacturing automation software.
