Recruitment & Onboarding

Application
Your application should include your motivation for applying for
the specific job at 3Shape, your CV, grades, and a detailed
description of your professional competencies.
Interviews
At an initial interview you will typically meet the manager of the
business area for which you have applied, learn more about 3Shape
as well as the actual position. We will also want to learn more
about you - on both a professional and personal level.
If we share mutual interests after the first interview, you will be invited to a second interview. Here you will typically meet an HR representative and discuss your personal profile you analysis you prepare on-line from home.
Based on all our meetings, we will make the final decision on whether or not we can offer you the job, while we also hope that the process enables you to decide whether you wish to join us.
Unsolicited applications
We also welcome unsolicited applications. When we receive your
application, it will be forwarded to the relevant department
manager(s) who will determine whether your qualifications match
current recruitment needs. If not, we will keep your application
for six months for future job openings.
Onboarding
When starting in 3shape we will make sure to introduce you
thoroughly to our organization, our products, colleagues etc. You
will participate in an introductory course and connect with your
relevant network across functions and local offices. True
acceleration comes with on-the-job training and therefore, you will
be provided with a personal mentor from within your department.
We are an international organization and many of our employees come from abroad. We believe that our staff's professional success is closely tied with their well-being off the job. Therefore, we strive to assist our newcomers to Denmark in any way we can to helpensure that they get a good start in their new country.
