In 3Shape we believe the recruitment is a key decision on both our and the candidate's part. That is why we have a quite thorough process: At an initial interview you will typically meet the manager of the business area for which you have applied. You will learn more about 3Shape and the actual contents of the job, while we want to learn more about you - at the professional and personal level.
If we have a mutual interest in moving forward with the process after the first interview, we will invite you for a second interview where we will strive to determine whether the match is right for both parties. At this interview you will typically meet our HR Manager and receive feedback on a personal profile analysis. We use this analysis as a tool for further dialogue to ensure that we touch upon areas important for you and to 3Shape in the process of determining whether you are "the right person for the right job".
After two productive meetings we expect to be able to make a quick decision on whether or not we can offer you a job. We hope you will feel that the process enables you to decide whether or not you want 3Shape to be your new employer.
In addition, we welcome an unsolicited application if you cannot find a vacant position that is right for you. When we receive your application, it will be forwarded to the relevant department manager(s) who will determine whether your qualifications match our current recruitment needs.
