Joining 3Shape

When you join 3Shape, you will be invited to participate in an introduction course toghether other new colleagues at 3Shape. Here you will be introduced to our organization, your new colleagues, the company culture, our products and our working methods.

You will be encouraged to define your own wishes and goals from day 1. We will do our utmost to live up to giving you the challenges that will develop you according to your aspirations. We will address your career at least twice a year at performance appraisal meetings. In return, we expect you to deliver the business results that keep our company strong.
