Established in 2000, 3Shape A/S is a globally operating hi-tech company specializing in the development of integrated hard- and software solutions for the creation, processing, analysis and management of high-quality 3D data.
Complex manufacturing processes involving the handling of physical objects are being replaced and optimized by 3Shape’s 3D (data creation, processing and management) solutions.
Many industrial processes can be significantly improved by 3Shape’s technology. Today, 3Shape offers its specific solutions to the hearing aid, dental and footwear industries as stand-alone as well as part of leading OEM solutions. Thousands of dental restorations and hearing aids are produced every day using 3Shape’s 3D scanners, CAD modelling software and production management systems in more than 40 countries.
3Shape is a privately-held Danish company headquartered in Copenhagen and with development teams in Denmark and Ukraine, as well as production facilities in Poland. Presently, the company has over 90 employees.

In-house development
All 3Shape’s products are entirely developed internally, based on an ongoing dialogue with a large base of users. This guarantees solutions designed to directly meet the needs of the market, as well as an efficient and reactive support to customer feedback. Thanks to the international profile of its staff, 3Shape is currently able to offer support and maintenance services in twelve different major languages.
